Another Lifebook Goal – Accomplished!

Hello Lifebook Family!  I just wanted to share my personal progress and thank all of you, because being accountable to each and every one of you has really helped (and continues to help) me stay on track and move closer to my dreams!

Just to remind you, I set my overriding goal in health and fitness, to fit into a 34″ waist size (I was wearing a 38″ at the time of Lifebook), and to get myself a 6-pack by 12/31/10.

I’m on track and happy to say it HASN’T been a hard, painful process thanks to the Lifebook experience. In fact I LOVE IT!

When we were in Chicago on July 22-25, I weighed somewhere between 205 and 210 lbs.  For another layer of accountability, I entered into the Lifetime Fitness Weightloss Challenge.

I’m now wearing 34″ pants (and I can definitely fit into a size 33)!

For the first time in 30 years I’m beginning to see my abs!

This morning I weighed in at 174 lbs.

Every morning I spend the first hour of the day in a ‘personal power hour’ to enrich my physical, mental, and spiritual health (exercise, education, enlightenment…).

I haven’t missed a day of exercise (except for 1 day early on in August).

I’m eating so much healthier and consciously than I ever have.

I get adjusted 2x/week without fail! (No matter what, I make the time to travel 1/2 hour each way to see my chiropractor 2 times every week because my health is priority).

I’m excited. I feel great! My energy and confidence is expanding!!! My life is improving in all areas.

And now, I can truthfully say “Health and fitness is who I am”.

Thank you Jon, and a heartfelt thank you to each and every one of you for supporting me and being part of my life.

Now that my health and fitness objectives are well under way, the next chapter I’ve chosen to target is BUSINESS!!

Much love,

Steve

Post a congratulations to Steve below!
