I just decided this year (a few days ago) to get back in shape, and am new to Facebook as well, so hope I posted correctly! There is an app that says my physical age is 90, and I am only 51. I plan to lose weight to be able to breathe better, especially at night, lose stiffness, aches, and pains, have more energy and clarity, and increase my longevity.
